Why are you buying stilts?

Many people are looking to have fun and others are more interested in detoxing and moving lymph which these can mimic running on un even ground which gives the body over 3 g forces necessary to open up the 1 way valves and close them in the lymphatic system.

Many people will get sick to their stomachs when first using stilts because the lymphatic system is now moving about 3 to 5 tablespoons of yellowish lymphatic fluid into the liver and if the liver is not healthy, the unprocessed lymph goes to the gut and then it can cause the problems that people call detox. The headaches, the vomiting, the getting colds, etc.

In order to adjust to moving all the toxins out, 3 to 5 minutes is more than enough. After the lymph toxicity lessens, then I would go for longer sessions. 2 minute sessions several times a day will always be better than 1 long session once a day.

A good sign that you are eliminating toxins that your liver cannot process fast enough is your under arms start smelling really foul. This liquid coming out is toxins that didn't get processed in the gut. The more g force doesn't necessarily mean more lymph flow. This is just making you get less bounces per minute. Its the number of bounces at 3 G forces or more that makes the differences. Lower than 3 g forces usually doesn't work for people. The vacuum cannot be created to release the built up toxins in the body.

Most people buying for this type of bouncing usually buy the wrong type of springs. Getting too many with lower g forces or too high with not enough bounces makes it hard to detox.

This nasty poisoned blood is what has the toxins that they lymphatic system will pick up. Almost all health concerns are a result of blood poisons. Remember, if we cannot process all the toxic blood proteins and wastes that our fat is holding so the organs don't acidify, by bouncing too much the toxins won't have anywhere to go but circulate back in the body. Very toxic people have colons with linings so inflammed it is hard to process this waste without a good probiotic.

Aside from having tons of fun, the last thing you want to do is go into a healing crisis the first time you use your stilts. If you want something with less flushing power let me know.
